Parc Landon is a music, sports and entertainment professional services firm that represents promoters and casinos from Asia and around the world. Collectively, we have 45 years of experience and personal relationships with artists, agents, managers and promoters from U.S. and Asia.
Parc Landon Financial currently represents real estate developers that are building live music venues in China. Our clients seek us to raise capital from U.S.- and Asia-based
private investors.

When Parc Landon was incorporated in 2004, it developed a name for itself in two primary markets:
the Chinese casino business and the Asian American music industry. The year 2006 marked an important change in Parc Landon's business approach: the firm entered the market of brokering U.S.-based artists to Asia and developing the live entertainment music scene in China. Today, Parc Landon is a recognized buyer in the concert business, purchasing 5– and 6–figure tours on behalf of exclusive clients from Asia and from around the world.
Adapting a professional and demanding approach, founder Anni Sarah Lam and her business partner Jay Jacobs, the President of the Touring Division, puts potential clients through rigorous background checks and asks the tough questions before taking them on as clients. During the buying process, Parc Landon enforces Hollywood-standard policies and protocol in Asia's otherwise loose, "wild west" world. Its policies give the firm a reputation for being a credible buyer among today's top agencies and
artist management companies.
